- Our Enzian Apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 people, offering approx. 40m² of living space.
- The apartment features a bedroom that sleeps 2, and a sofa bed in the living room can sleep a further 1-2 people.
- The kitchenette in the living area was updated in spring 2020. It features the following amenities: ceramic hob, microwave with baking function (no oven), fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, and an egg boiler. (A toaster is available upon request.)
- All dishes, utensils and cookware were renewed in 2020 (all available in sufficient quantities).
- The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
- The apartment is fully equipped and offers free WiFi as well as satellite TV in the living area.
- This is a non-smoking apartment!
- Bed linen and towels/bath towels are available. One set per guest is provided free of charge.
- Pets are allowed upon request (please note that an additional final cleaning cost is charged per pet).

The Enzian apartment faces north-east and is located on the building’s 1st floor. It is one of only three apartments in the building. The balcony is east-facing. The 1st floor also hosts the slightly larger “Edelweiss” apartment. There is no direct balcony connection between the apartments, providing additional privacy.
A thorough renovation in spring 2020 saw the renewal of the kitchenette, appliances and mattresses. The apartment was also repainted, with charming cladding made of reclaimed wood.
Our guests can relax in a newly renovated apartment, built in traditional Tyrolean style. Following the Covid-19 pandemic, our apartment building meets extra special safety standards, including: a small number of apartments (on average only 8-10 guests in the house), hardly any neighbors in the immediate vicinity, and the building is not directly in the center, but still benefits from a central location.
- Our Edelweiss apartment is suitable for 2-7 people, with 79m² of living space.
- The apartment features two bedrooms. One bedroom sleeps max. 4 people, and the second bedroom allows max. 3 people. An extra single bed/folding bed for 1 person can be set up in the living/dining area (only upon request). The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for a child.
- The kitchenette in the living area was recently renovated in 2020. It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave with baking function (no oven), fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a kettle.

The Edelweiss apartment is located on the 1st floor of our guest house. The guest house was last extensively renovated in 2020. The guest house is home to three apartments. This apartment is 79m² large, with room for up to 8 people. It faces south-west and the balcony extends to both sides.
It benefitted from a recent partial renovation in spring 2020. The kitchenette and appliances were renewed, the mattresses replaced, the walls repainted, as well as many other decor improvements.
Guests can relax in modern and newly renovated guest house, built in the traditional Tyrolean style. Following the Covid-19 pandemic, the guest house meets extra special safety standards, including: a small number of apartments (on average only 8-10 guests in the house at a time), hardly any neighbors, as well as being just outside the area’s center, while still being centrally located.
- The Deluxe apartment is suitable for two to four people and has approx. 80m² of living space
- The exclusively furnished apartment offers a bedroom for two people and a large cozy living room with sofa bed. The sofa bed in the living area is separated from the rest of the living area by a room divider.
- The apartment has a total of two satellite TV systems (bedroom, living room)
- The entire apartment is furnished in modern Tyrolean style with high-quality materials and offers a vacation experience that you will hardly find in a hotel.
- A kitchenette is located in the living area and is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso machine) and kettle.
- Crockery, cookware and cooking utensils are of course available.
- The apartment has a luxuriously equipped bathroom with an extra-large bathtub.
- The apartment is fully equipped and offers free WiFi and satellite TV.
- This is a non-smoking apartment!
- Bed linen and towels/bath towels are provided per guest and stay in one set.
- Pets are not allowed in the Deluxe apartment!

The Deluxe extends over the entire top floor of our apartment building on the 2nd floor and has – with the unmistakable red carpet and the unobstructed view of the roof beams – a very special charm. The balcony is south-facing, with views both out of the valley (NE) and towards the center of Hippach (SW).
There are a total of 3 apartments in the house. The other two apartments as well as the reception are located on the 1st floor.
The last partial renovation took place in spring 2020.
Covid-19 measures: In addition to our generally very high standards of cleanliness, we are currently placing even more emphasis on disinfecting sensitive areas such as door handles, remote controls, kitchen surfaces, dining tables, etc. with every cleaning.
Additional advantages: small number of apartments – little/no contact with other guests, few neighbors in the immediate vicinity, house is not directly in the center but still centrally located.
